Marie qualified as a French Avocat in Lyon after her postgraduate studies in business law and joined Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons in 2005. With her experience both in France and the UK, she can also deal with a wide range of issues in relation to commercial, civil and litigation matters and she advises on French property purchase and sale contracts. Marie specialises in tax law and corporate law, advising UK nationals who venture outside their national boundaries with respect to their French investments or relocation to France.
Tonya Lark was a Senior Trader at a leading broking house in the City for the best part of 20 years. On leaving the City she has been successfully trading funds for private clients who are buying property abroad or emigrating. Tonya is Head of Retail Trading at Worldwide Currencies.
